Using on-court demonstration, Coach Smith teaches the match-up principles, alignments, and trap options for full-court man-to-man, 1-2-1-1, and 2-2-1 pressure. He also demonstrates 1-2-1-1 rotations for stopping often-used press-breaks such as a 1-4 or a clear-out. Progressive drills are included to improve team defensive posture and communication.
