with Jack Parker, Boston University Parker teaches four systems that he has perfected at Boston University: the triangle-and-two, inverted triangle-and-two, center ice forechecking, and passive forecheck. Each system places pressure on an offense, takes away outlet passes by the boards, and take away center ice. Each forecheck is taught using chalkboard instruction, on-ice demonstration, and game footage. Responsibilities and rotations for each player are demonstrated as the puck is advanced. 1999. 40 minutes.
