YOU MUST TEST YOUR TIMER IF PURCHASED PRIOR TO 2007
If you plan to import race times into Hy-Tek, your Timer must display the time code on the left side of the screen and must do so in the correct location for Eagle Eye to internally read the race times. If the overlay position is off, you will not be able to import race time into Hy-Tek. |

How to update your Timer If your older Pyro Flash Timer does not display the time code in the correct location, you must send it back to Eagle Eye to be reconfigured. A nominal shipping and handling charge will apply. Download document below for more details.
How to test your Timer To test your Pyro Flash Timer, simply set up the timing system as shown below, record a small segment of video, create a time by left clicking the bookmark feature (small blue flag at the bottom of the screen) --- and compare the time code on the screen to the time that appears in the pop up box. These two times must be identical in order for Eagle Eye software to integrate with Hy-Tek. Click the picture below to see an example of how it should appear. Note: you can test your system anywhere, i.e. your office - it does not have to be in a track meet situation. Detailed instructions will be included your software order.
