Timing System Guarantee Eagle Eye is committed to product satisfaction and customer service. We offer a one year refund if you are not completely satisfied with your timing system purchase. All components included in our timing packages are covered by a manufacture's limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All damaged or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Hardware
All hardware and cables must be returned in like-new condition for a full refund. The value of damaged equipment will be reflected in the actual refunded amount.

Software
Eagle Eye software is controlled by a USB key is fully refundable. The cost of the Pro Timing software will be refunded as long as the USB key is returned in working condition. Third party software, such as Hy-TEK Meet Manager, etc. is limited to the refund policy of the original software manufacturer.
