Scholastic Timing Software & Activation


The original Eagle Eye Scholastic timing system is no longer available for purchase. Current customers will continue to be supported for years to come.


You must download only the version associated with your original license. If you download the wrong version and request an Activation Key within the wrong version, your request may be denied or significantly delayed. Your Serial Number is written on the CD jacket of your software.

If you no longer have record of your Serial Number, please use the online help desk via the HELP link at the top of this website. Please include your name, school and the vendor you purchased your original software from. Your Serial Number will be emailed back to you and is necessary before downloading software below.

Software Activation

Initial Activation
Load your software only on the computer you intend to use. This computer should also be a computer you intend to keep for as long as possible. If your computer is replaced, you will need to request your second License Key to install Eagle Eye on the second computer.

1. Install Eagle Eye software on your computer.
2. Open Eagle Eye and Select Request or enter your License Key when prompted. Click Ok.
3. Click on Request License Key button.
4. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and click OK.
5. Enter the 15-digit Serial Number that was either listed in your CD case or emailed to you. Click OK.
6. Enter your email address and click Submit.

Your License Key will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

7. Open Eagle Eye and Select Request or enter your License Key. Click Ok.
8. Enter the License Key that was emailed to you. Click Activate.

Second Activation

The process of installing and activating Eagle Eye on a second computer is the same as above. If you have lost your original CD please refer to the replacement instructions below.

Activation on a Third Computer

Third or more Activation
Installation and activation on a third computer is a violation of your License Agreement. In the case that your computer has been re-imaged, damaged or replaced by your institution, an exception may be granted.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with an explanation of the circumstance.
2. Install Eagle Eye on your new computer.
3. Follow the steps above under the heading 2. Activations

Note: Your request must be directed to our License Manager and may take several days to arrive if approved.
